Cuddles with Cooper
4.4 pounds of Parti Yorkie charm, an integral part of the Centered Mind experience, and now a big brother.
Small Dog, Big Job
Cooper is a 2-year-old Parti Yorkie who tips the scale at a mighty 4.4 pounds. Adopted from Parti Yorkies of the Grove, he's in training to become a Certified Therapy Dog, and he takes the work seriously (when he's not napping).
He's a constant presence during sessions, offering comfort and support with a natural ability to sense and respond to what people need. Some clients book just to see him. We get it.

The New Guy
Tucker is the newest, smallest, and least trained member of the team. A Yorkie puppy who joined the family a little sooner than planned, he is currently deep in the puppy phase: big ears, bigger personality, and a work ethic that mostly involves naps and chewing things he shouldn't.
He's adorable. He's also a lot. If you've ever brought home a puppy, you already know. He's not on therapy-dog duty yet. Right now his job is learning the basics while Cooper shows him the ropes. Consider this his official introduction, and check back as he grows into the role.
Proof that even the overwhelming seasons come with something worth smiling about.
Animal-Assisted Therapy Works
This isn't just sweet. It's evidence-based. Time with a calm animal produces real, measurable changes in the body.
Work Stress
Just a few moments petting an animal measurably reduces stress, and fosters more trust, collaboration, and productive connection.
Mental Health
With 1 in 6 people facing mental health challenges and billions of working days lost each year, small interventions matter. Cooper is one of them.
A Gentle Alternative
For anyone not quite ready for traditional approaches, a session with Cooper is a softer, low-pressure way to begin.
Charm With a Cause
Sometimes clients can't make rent, buy groceries, afford school supplies, or get to appointments. Cooper's Care Fund is how we help: ethically filtering support to low-income families connected to Centered Mind, so no one has to choose between healing and the basics.
